Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone (BDIAEZ)

Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone (BDIAEZ), located at south Beijing, is approved and set up by the State Council in 2016. The zone stretches across 150 km² circling around Daxing International Airport (DIA) at the center, with 50 km² administered by Beijing and the rest by Hebei Province. The BDIAEZ also incorporates part of the Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone and Comprehensive Bonded Zone, allowing more preferential policies and investment incentives.

The strategic goal of BDIAEZ is to become a highly internationalized aerotropolis, aviation technology innovation hub and paradigm for collaborative development within the Beijing-Tiajin-Hebei megacity cluster.
